1 Eligibility and Registration

• Affiliates must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old or meet the applicable legal requirements to enter into a binding agreement in Bangladesh.
• Ponnomix reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an application in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.
• Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.

2 Affiliate Links and Promotion

Affiliates may promote Ponnomix products and services using their assigned affiliate links, approved banners, product information, and other authorized marketing materials.

Affiliates agree to:

• Share accurate product information and genuine promotional content.
• Clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting products.
• Follow applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and other relevant laws in Bangladesh.
• Avoid misleading claims, spam, fake reviews, unauthorized advertisements, and deceptive promotional practices.
• Never use Ponnomix branding or marketing materials in a way that misrepresents an official partnership or endorsement.

3 Commission and Eligible Orders

Affiliates may earn commissions on eligible orders successfully attributed to their affiliate accounts under the program's tracking rules.

• Commission rates are determined by the applicable program settings, campaign terms, or other written arrangements approved by Ponnomix.
• Commissions are calculated on the eligible order amount according to the applicable commission rules, excluding any amounts or charges specified as non-commissionable.
• Cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify for commission.
• Commission amounts may be adjusted if an order is partially refunded, returned, or otherwise becomes ineligible.
• Affiliate tracking depends on the program's attribution rules and available tracking technology. Ponnomix cannot guarantee attribution when tracking is blocked, cookies are deleted, or technical issues occur.
• The commission displayed in your dashboard may remain pending until the relevant order has been verified and approved.

4 Payments and Payouts

Approved affiliate commissions are paid according to Ponnomix's current payout policy, minimum payout threshold, verification requirements, and payment schedule.

• Affiliates must provide accurate payment information in their own name or through another payment method expressly approved by Ponnomix.
• Payments may be withheld temporarily while orders, account details, or suspected fraudulent activity are reviewed.
• Affiliates are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and personal reporting obligations under Bangladeshi law.
• Incorrect payment information or incomplete verification may delay a payout.
• Ponnomix will communicate any applicable payout requirements through the affiliate dashboard or official communication channels.

5 Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Generate fake orders, manipulate tracking, or misuse affiliate links.
• Purchase through their own links where self-referrals are prohibited by program rules.
• Use bots, click fraud, spam messages, or unauthorized automated traffic.
• Publish false discounts, misleading earnings claims, or unapproved promotional offers.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or misuse customer information.
• Engage in unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities that threaten customers or Ponnomix.

Violations may result in commission cancellation, account suspension, termination, or further action where legally appropriate.

6 Intellectual Property

Ponnomix retains ownership of its trademarks, logos, website content, and promotional materials. Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved materials solely to promote the program. No ownership rights are transferred.

7 Suspension and Termination

• Either party may end participation in the affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable law and any notice requirements communicated by Ponnomix.
• Ponnomix may suspend an account, investigate activity, or terminate participation for suspected fraud, material breaches, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the program. Legitimate approved commissions will be handled according to the applicable payout rules, subject to verification, lawful adjustments, and any valid dispute.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Affiliates must respect customer privacy and use personal information only with proper authorization and for lawful purposes. Affiliates must not collect, disclose, or misuse customer information obtained through the program. Ponnomix will handle affiliate information in accordance with its applicable privacy policy and Bangladeshi law.

9 Changes to the Agreement

Ponnomix may update this Agreement, commission structures, or program rules when necessary. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate official channels. Continued participation after an updated Agreement takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10 Governing Law and Contact

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be addressed through good-faith discussion and, where necessary, the competent courts or other lawful dispute-resolution mechanisms in Bangladesh.
